I was the copyist and transcriber for this production at The Kennedy Center’s Theatre for Young Audiences. I transcribed Avi Amon’s piano/vocal demos for the workshop, and then I prepared the full score and individual parts from Mike Brun’s orchestrations.

This show is a loose re-telling of Joan of Arc set in East and Greenwich Villages in the 1970s. I transcribed the entire score from the 1972 LP (for which Al Carmines at the piano was the entire orchestration) and was the MD for a staged reading in Washington, DC directed by my spouse, Patrick Loughstein.
